Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe

Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe contains crisp Romaine lettuce and soft noodles in a vibrant Caesar dressing.

Pasta salads are excellent to bring to potlucks and gatherings. We also adore this classic macaroni salad and Italian pasta salad!

The chicken parmesan bites or the grilled shrimp can be added to this simple pasta salad to turn it into a complete dinner.

Ingredients Needed For Caesar Pasta Salad

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta, uncooked
  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • ¾ cup Caesar Salad Dressing
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Croutons
  • 1 tsp black pepper

How To Assemble Pasta Salad

With this Caesar salad, timing is everything. Tossing everything together is best done right before you're going to serve.

If the croutons are combined with the other ingredients too soon, they may become mushy.
  • DRAIN PASTA: Prepare your pasta as directed on the package, then drain it and run it under cool water to end the cooking and drain any excess starches. Completely drain, then add to a big bowl.
  • CHOPPED LEAF: Because Romain hearts are crisp, vibrant green, and not overly leafy, I adore using them in this dish. To make it even quicker, find a readymade bag of Romaine lettuce that has already been cut after cleaning it.
  • CAESAR'S ATTIRE: Even though I might be partial, I adore my homemade Caesar dressing. You have the option of making it from scratch or simply purchasing your preferred, high-quality dressing from the supermarket.
  • COMBINE: When all of your ingredients are prepared and ready, just combine them in a big dish and serve right away!
