Ingredients To Make Chicken Waldorf Salad (Chicken Salad With Grapes)
- 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
- 1/2 cup halved grapes
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
- 1/3 cup avocado-oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- All of the ingredients should be thoroughly mixed in a bowl.
- Serve with crackers, as a sandwich, or over a bed of greens.
