I make deviled eggs every Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and a lot of other parties because they are my go-to holiday snack! I'm such a huge fan of deviled eggs that I made this simple keto deviled egg salad recipe specifically so I could whip it up fast and serve it as a delicious side dish for Easter or for lunch.
KETO DEVILED EGG SALAD
The only difference is that this Keto Deviled Eggs Salad is much easier to prepare and can be served as a side dish, light lunch, or even dinner. It tastes exactly like the traditional deviled eggs appetizer (which is also low carb). Additionally, I enjoy making and serving this easy Low Carb Cucumber Avocado Salad and Keto Avocado Chicken Salad.
The traditional ingredients are included in this recipe for deviled eggs as well. Mayonnaise, dijon mustard, paprika, and onions are the main components of this keto egg salad. It's quite simple to customize this salad as well! As I did, you can add bacon, celery, or for an extra kick, spicy sauce or cayenne pepper.
HOW TO HARDBOIL EGGS PERFECTLY
- Your eggs must be boiled before continuing.
- On the stovetop, place your eggs in a pot with water and bring the water to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and cover the saucepan once the water has reached a boil.
- After eggs have been submerged in water for around 12 minutes, put them in an ice bath for 5 to 10 minutes.
- For eggs to peel smoothly, timing and process are essential!
- Like I did, you may use your Instant Pot or this Dash Electric Egg Cooker.
