Tasty
Whatever it is, I've always like Greek salad. Fresh vegetables, cheese, and olives are mixed in Greek vinaigrette dressing for the ideal taste combination.
The tanginess of the vinaigrette and the feta are balanced out by the sweet crunchiness of the vegetables. Oh my, that's so delicious. Sprinkle it with kosher salt and pepper to serve.

Best Greek Salad variations
Here are some delectable ways you can alter or alter this salad:
- Add roughly 2 cups of cooked and chilled pasta to turn this pasta salad into a Greek salad. Also fantastic would be tiny orzo pasta!
- Add cooked diced chicken, lamb, beef, or pork to make a complete dinner. I prefer to make twice as much dressing and use half of it as a marinade. You can cook on your stovetop, grill, or bake.
- You can use any hue of bell pepper.
- Replace the red onion with a sweet onion.
- Try experimenting with various herbs and vinegars to give it your own special touch.
- Replace with any favorite olive of yours, pitted or not. Sliced or whole.
- Add a fresh avocado, diced.
- You can purchase your preferred store-bought dressing if you don't feel like preparing my Greek Salad Dressing.
Top tips for the Best Greek Salad
- Because roma tomatoes aren't as juicy as other varieties, I like using them. They assist in preventing the salad from getting too runny while it sits.
- Make uniform bite-sized pieces of feta cheese and all the vegetables.
- The cucumber's seeds and inside can be left in, although doing so prevents the salad from getting too runny.
- To enable the flavors to meld, prepare the salad a few hours before serving.
- Add a sprinkle or two of sugar if the salad is too acidic or vinegary for your taste. Little by little, add. Once it's inside, you can't get it out! Use erythritol or other keto-friendly sugar alternatives if you're a fan of the diet.
