Fresh Fruit Salad
Do you not really like strawberry season?
Thankfully, the season lasts a long time, allowing me to eat a strawberry feta salad frequently throughout the year.
This week, I bought 10 pounds of strawberries at the grocery store since they looked so nice.
To use in smoothies and smoothie bowls, I frozen some of them.
And we are consuming the remaining fresh in a variety of ways.
I don't want to cook in the heat and add to the already high temperature in the house.
My go-to dinner during the summer is a salad since I can make it quickly without using the stove or oven.
This salad uses a lot of strawberries and includes feta cheese and walnuts for extra protein and vitamins.
It can be swiftly put on the table and is lovely.
The salad is terrific to prepare for visitors and works well as a main meal or side dish.
