WINTER SALAD WITH HOMEMADE VINAIGRETTE

I knew I had a winner when I first made this salad in the winter. It never gets boring because of the abundance of winter fruit and how simple it is to switch up with different nuts and cheeses.

It's ideal for a nutritious lunch and is also fantastic for holiday meals when you need something straightforward that can be served cold, allowing you to avoid using the oven for yet another dish.

This is a fantastic healthy alternative to all the cookies, cakes, and candies we often devour over the Christmas season. Additionally, it's so delicious that I doubt you'll have any leftovers, but you'll definitely get lots of praises!
